Saturday night was spent with great friends, amazing food and refreshing cocktails. We whipped up this delicious, low-calorie drink and it was too good not to share! Here’s the recipe:
Basil Lime Vodka Freeze (Makes 2-4 drinks depending on size of glasses)
- Peel two limes and put the limes in blender without the rind (may be easier to slice the peeled limes before blending)
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/8 cup basil leaves
- 3-4 cups of ice
- 8 oz club soda
- Blend in a blender until it has a slushy consistency
- Pour mixture in glasses, leaving room for the vodka
- Pour the desired amount of vodka in each glass and stir
- Serve and Enjoy!
This cocktail was so fresh and flavorful. Next time I’m going to use mint leaves instead of basil and it will be probably be similar to a slushy mojito.

Yum! What a refreshing cocktail. Perfect for pool days!
Yes please!
This looks amazing! Can’t wait for warmer weather so I can try it!
Thanks for checking out my blog!
